Refund Policy

                                                RETURN POLICY
* Applicable Conditions: Only for defective or damaged products (unboxing video is required).
* Time Frame for Returns: Must inform within 2 days after receiving the package. We will arrange a FREE pickup from our end.
* Pickup Charges: Pickup of up to 3 products are
FREE. For 3 to 5 products, Rs. 300 applies, and for 5 or more products, Rs. 500 applies, adjusted against store credit or payable.
* Credit Note: A credit note valid for 3 months is issued once the products reach warehouse.                                                   REFUND POLICY
* Refunds to Source Account: There are no refunds to the source account against sold merchandise. A credit note valid for 3 months validity is issued in case of return/exchange.
