Our Exchange Policy
At ALANKRIT HANDS, every piece is handcrafted with devotion and care. We want you to love what you bring home.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued. Since each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at @alankrithands.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order number and clear video of the damaged or defective item
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, we'll arrange the exchange and ship your replacement piece
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange unless damaged
- Items exchanged or purchased with a credit note are not eligible for further returns or exchanges. Exchange is a one time process.
- No exchange for Combo Deals and Offer Items
